It all started with an idea. Around five years ago three friends found themselves talking about the same thing over and over again. They loved games. They loved the communities that grew around them. And they all wanted to create something special. Not just another shop. Not just another place to play. Something unique where people could feel welcome, make new friends, and share in the hobby they love.

Over the years the idea grew. We imagined a place where the worlds of tabletop gaming, trading card games, and miniature wargaming could come together under one roof. Somewhere with the space to sit down for a casual game, a league match, or a big weekend tournament. Somewhere you could learn to paint miniatures, try a new card deck, or just roll some dice and have a laugh.

On the second of August that dream became reality when Red October Games opened its doors. We are more than a shop. We are a community hub for gamers of all ages and experience levels. Our shelves are stocked with roleplaying game books, miniatures, trading card game packs, paints, dice and accessories. Our tables are ready for you to use free of charge. We run regular events including weekly leagues, painting competitions, themed game nights, and large scale tournaments.
