What is Red October Games?
We’re a friendly tabletop and trading card game store just outside Prudhoe. We provide a welcoming space for hobbyists to game, trade, paint, and connect with the local community.

When are you open?

• Wednesday to Friday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm

• Saturday: 9:00am – 10:00pm

• Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  We’re closed Monday and Tuesday.

Can I just walk in, or do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome, but to guarantee space, we recommend booking through our website, giving us a call, or messaging us on Facebook.

Do I have to pay to use the gaming area?
Nope! Our gaming space is completely free to use.

Do you offer memberships or loyalty cards?
Not yet — but we’re working on a loyalty scheme. Stay tuned!

Can under-16s come on their own?
Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 14–16 are welcome on their own with parental permission.

What do you sell?
We stock a wide range of gaming goods including:

• Tabletop miniatures

• RPG books

• Trading card games (TCGs)

• Dice, paints, and hobby accessories

Can I trade cards or sell used items in-store?
You can trade cards with others in-store. For selling second-hand items securely, please speak to a member of staff — we’re happy to help.

Do you offer painting workshops or tutorials?
Not yet, but it’s definitely part of our future plans.

We host regular events including:

• Weekly TCG leagues

Are your events beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. All events are designed to be inclusive, and we also run intro sessions for those new to a game or looking to learn the rules.

How do I sign up for events?
You can sign up through our website or directly in-store.

Do you offer delivery or collection?
We offer both delivery and click-and-collect options.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods. Klarna and PayPal will also be available soon.

Are there any store rules I should know about?
Yes — we expect all visitors to treat others with respect. Discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behaviour won’t be tolerated. Please follow staff instructions and enjoy your time in a welcoming environment.

Can I bring food and drink?
Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed in the store.
