Returns for Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at admin@redoctobergames.co.uk with the following details:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or faulty item (if applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to print and use. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer either:
A full refund, or
Store credit, based on your preference.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Sealed Items Only)
If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery—provided the item is:
Unopened
Sealed in its original packaging
In resalable condition
To initiate a return, email us at admin@redoctobergames.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please note that:
The cost of return postage in these cases is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds or store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Additional Notes
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items at your own expense to ensure safe delivery.
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
