We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing and Handling Times
In-stock products ordered before 1pm: Dispatched within 0–2 working days.
In-stock products ordered after 1pm: Dispatched within 0–3 working days.
Pre-order or advance order products: Dispatched within 0–2 working days of the item being received in store.
Transit Times
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (upgrade): Typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Postage Costs
£3.50 for orders under £150.
Free shipping for orders over £150.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 by default.
You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an additional £1.50.
Shipping Locations
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Delays
We will deliver the goods to the delivery location by the agreed time or within the agreed period or, if no time or period has been agreed, without undue delay and in any event no more than 30 days after the day on which the contract is entered into. While we do everything we can to meet our stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may still be affected by factors outside our control such as postal delays, courier disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.
